This eye-opening presentation discusses the top erroneous and dangerous claims about exercise and offers practical solutions. Participants will come away with the tools they need to navigate the next steps in their health and wellness as well as understand how to make informed decisions about what they see and hear about exercise.

Fantastic Fascia

While the other two presentations discuss this specialized connective tissue to some extent, this presentation is slightly more academic, but at a level anyone can understand. This discussion will highlight the research that supports how fascia contributes to the body's form and function, immune system, therapeutic modalities (e.g., acupuncture), and even our emotional state. Participants will come away with an understanding of how vital this structure is and some ways to better care for it.
