This will include a full intake of information about you, movement assessments, exercise and lifestyle recommendations, and a mini program that you can start doing right away.
This includes the 75 minute consultation and 4 additional one hour sessions one time a week. This will familiarize you with a training routine and basic progressive training principles. Training two times a week recommended to get jump started.
This involves training twice a week. This is the best way to really see results and feel the body making changes. Participants will receive weekly updates, monthly reassessment, and on your own training routine. (Price includes the additional consultation session). $91 per session - BEST DEAL!!!
