This will include a full intake of information about you, movement assessments, exercise and lifestyle recommendations, and a mini program that you can start doing right away.
This involves training twice a week. This is the best way to really see results and feel the body making changes. Participants will receive weekly updates, monthly reassessment, and an 'on your own' training routine. (Price includes the additional consultation session). $91 per session.

Gather three or more friends for a 90 minute presentation/demonstration. You can choose from various wellness and fitness topics. Host will receive a complimentary one hour training session.

This is an offer for ten 50 minute video or phone coaching sessions. The same information will be gathered and given as in the in person sessions but with use of the phone, video conferences, or a combination of both.
